Information on the reporting requirements can be found: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/gender-pay-gap-reporting-overview

Sabre’s Approach to Pay

Sabre’s Executive Team is currently predominately male, which creates a bias in the numbers. However, Sabre’s two most recent hires into the Senior Management Team were both female. Sabre further recognises that the IT and Business Systems Departments are predominately male, which are areas where salaries are typically higher.

We are continuing to develop an inclusive and diverse company. During the recruitment and interview process we ensure fair, non-discriminatory and consistent processes are followed, and Sabre has a policy of, where practical advertising all roles internally to allow employees to progress and develop. Sabre also supports working parents through shared parental leave, enhanced maternity leave and where possible embraces flexible working for all our employees.

Sabre has reviewed employee salaries and can confirm that those employees with the same job titles and similar length of service are paid the same amounts, as illustrated below.
