The Remuneration Committee has responsibility for setting the Group’s remuneration policy including executive remuneration, share arrangements, all employee share plans, bonus plans and pensions. The Remuneration Committee sets the levels of remuneration of the Executive Directors and the Chairman and other senior executives and prepares an annual remuneration report for approval by the Shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting.
The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Rebecca Shelley and its other members are Karen Geary and Michael Koller.

The Company’s shareholders approved the Directors’ Remuneration Policy at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. The Policy will be in place for the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Financial Years and can be found here
