Risk Committee
The purpose of the Risk Committee is to provide oversight and advice to the Board in relation to risk management systems, risk appetite, strategy and exposure, and review and approve risk assessment and reporting processes within the Group.
The Risk Committee is chaired by Bryan Joseph and its other members are Karen Geary and Alison Morris.
