Purpose
The eCommerce department are responsible for delivering a range of new motor insurance products and developments for Sabre. As part of this role, you will be assisting with daily checks and tasks which ensure incoming data is processed efficiently. You will also assist with implementation of new & existing product changes & developments with an aim to delivering changes to a high standard whilst working to timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Activation of new brokers and schemes
- Assist with the testing of rates, documents and EDI using a variety of software systems
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of Sabre products to ensure optimum accuracy
- Work to improve processes, data quality & underwriting functionality
- Support other teams within Sabre with software system issues & queries
- Investigate rating, point of sale and EDI data defects and work with software providers to find an effective solution
- Assist with monitoring tasks such as daily EDI & MID submission

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 2 years of more experience ininsurance or an office environment
- Ability to communicate clearly andconfidently by phone and email
- Good Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Ability to learn to use various policy administration systems
