Our departments

Each Credit Controller has a ledger of accounts allocated to them, both statement and bordereau. 

The Credit Controllers are responsible for issue of statements to their intermediaries, discussing overdue accounts, resolving underwriting queries on accounts and reconciliation of incoming cash.  All queries are channelled through the department manager to ensure that issues and system errors are identified and resolved.
